Shipping policy

Rentrevalue dispatches orders from our premises at 18 Rue Pierre Céladon, 13110 Port-de-Bouc, France. Delivery is available to mainland France only. We do not ship to Corsica, to the overseas departments and territories, or to any address outside France.

Handling. Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off are handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. An order placed on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday begins its handling clock on the next working day.

Carriers and transit. We work with Colissimo for standard tracked delivery, Chronopost for time-sensitive parcels, and Colis Privé for selected postcodes. Which carrier handles your parcel depends on the destination postcode and the size of the shipment. Once the parcel is in the carrier's network, delivery within mainland France normally takes 3–5 business days. That figure is an estimate taken from the carriers' published transit times; it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Peak periods, severe weather and local disruptions can push it out, and when we learn of a delay affecting your postcode we update the tracking page rather than leave you to work it out from a static estimate.

Cost. Delivery is free on every order to mainland France. Nothing is added at checkout, and there is no minimum order value to qualify.

Tracking. A tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout once the carrier scans the parcel. If the tracking page has not moved within 48 hours of dispatch, write to info@rentrevalue.my with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

Address details. Please check the delivery address before you confirm payment. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will contact you to arrange a second dispatch; the free-shipping benefit covers the original dispatch, not automatically a redelivery. If you spot an error after ordering, contact us straight away — we can change the address only while the parcel is still with us.

Damaged or missing parcels. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse it at the door and note the damage on the carrier's delivery document. If you only find the damage after opening, photograph the packaging and the contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where the damage is confirmed, arrange a replacement or a refund in line with the Return & Refund Policy.
