Rentrevalue sells directly to consumers. It is not a marketplace, not an agent acting for third-party sellers, and not a storefront operated under licence from another business.
2. Orders and how the contract forms
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email, not at the moment the payment page is completed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we contact you before taking any further step and offer a refund or an alternative, whichever you prefer. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.
3. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include French VAT where it applies. Shipping to mainland France is free, so the figure on the product page is the figure at checkout, with no delivery charge appearing later. Payment is taken by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secured interface; Rentrevalue does not store full card numbers on its own systems.
4. Delivery
Delivery is to mainland France only. Handling and transit times are set out in the Shipping Policy and form part of these terms. A tracking number is issued once the carrier has the parcel.
5. Your right to withdraw
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise it, tell us before the window closes by writing to info@rentrevalue.my or by post to the address in clause 1, and state clearly that you are withdrawing. You may use the return process described in the Return & Refund Policy, but you are not obliged to use that exact wording.
Return shipping is free and no restocking fee applies, as stated in the Return & Refund Policy. We refund within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned goods, and the funds then take 7–10 business days to appear through the original payment method. Exercising the right of withdrawal ends our obligations under the contract once the refund has been made, without affecting any statutory rights you keep under French consumer law.
6. Returns
The 14-day return right described in the Return & Refund Policy forms part of this contract. Nothing in these terms shortens that right or adds a condition that is not written in the Return & Refund Policy.
7. Your side of the arrangement
You are responsible for giving an accurate delivery address and for receiving the parcel or collecting it from the carrier's pickup point within the carrier's holding period. If a parcel comes back to us because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a second dispatch; free shipping covers the original dispatch, not automatically a redelivery.
8. Liability
We are responsible for the order as described on this site and for the policies published here. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or lost opportunity, flowing from a delay once the parcel is inside the carrier's network. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable French consumer law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in France you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your place of residence. Please raise a dispute with us first at info@rentrevalue.my so that we have a genuine chance to resolve it directly before any formal step is taken.
