Rentrevalue began with a specific irritation rather than a business plan. Everyday practical goods — the kind you use weekly and rarely think about — were scattered across too many shops and too many listings, described in vague language, and dispatched with almost no indication of where they actually came from or how long they would really take. Buying something ordinary had turned into a small research project. We wanted a shorter route.
So we built a narrow store. We carry practical household and everyday items chosen because we can explain clearly what each one does, who it suits, and what a customer should expect if it turns out not to fit their situation. That last part matters more than it sounds. A product we cannot describe honestly and support after the sale does not go on the site, however well it might sell.
We are online only. There is no walk-in shop and we do not imply otherwise. Orders are packed and dispatched from our premises at 18 Rue Pierre Céladon, 13110 Port-de-Bouc, France, by the same small team that answers the customer emails. We ship to mainland France and work with Colissimo, Chronopost and Colis Privé.
Rentrevalue is run as a standalone business. The address, telephone number and email published across this site are the actual contact points for it. If you want to know something about a product before ordering, or about how a return would work, the Contact Us page lists the direct channels — we would far rather answer a question beforehand than handle a complaint afterwards.
